Email us
The easiest way to reach us is by email. Write to support@mygc-giftcardmall.com and we'll typically respond within one to two business days.
When you write, it helps if you include:
- What kind of gift card you're trying to check (Visa, Mastercard, a store card, etc.)
- What happened when you tried — did you get an error message, a wrong balance, or something else?
- The last four digits of your card number (don't send us the full number over email)
The more detail you give us, the faster we can figure out what went wrong.
Before you reach out
A lot of the questions we get are already answered in our FAQ. If you're having trouble with a specific card, the how it works page walks through the most common issues — especially finding the PIN, which trips up a lot of people.
If the balance checker gave you a result but the amount looks wrong, that's almost always because a recent transaction hasn't posted yet. Give it 24 hours and try again.
What we can't help with
GiftCardMall checks balances — we don't issue gift cards, process refunds, or manage card accounts. If you need to:
- Dispute a charge on your gift card
- Request a refund or replacement card
- Activate a new card
- Transfer a balance to another card
You'll need to contact the company that issued the card directly. The customer service number is almost always printed on the back of the card itself.
